Where is the Gift Shop?

A new physical gift shop will be opening on campus in Spring 2027.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery times can depend on shipping location and items ordered. Orders will be processed the next working day after your order is placed.

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to UK and Europe, and carriage will be automatically calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to other countries - please contact us if you have any queries.

How do I place an order?

Choose the relevant product category and navigate to the product required. Add the required items/sizes/colours to your basket and click the basket icon in the navigation bar to the top right. When ready to checkout your basket, simply click 'checkout' and then complete your delivery and payment details ensuring they are correct. Once you have done this click 'pay now' to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit or debit card. Our website accepts the following types of debit and credit cards: Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and MasterCard.

How secure is it to use my credit/debit card for online payments?

Card details are sent directly to our card processing provider, encrypted using their SSL certificate. At no point in the ordering process are credit card details stored by our website.
